At Diamond Society and Company, we value every customer and remain committed to your satisfaction even after your order has been delivered.

Jewelry Returns

Most jewelry purchases are eligible for a 30-day return period unless otherwise stated directly on the product page.

To initiate a return request, you must contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.

Please note:

  • Certain items may be subject to a restocking fee. Any applicable fees will be listed on the product page.

Return Process

Once your return request has been approved, we will provide a prepaid, fully insured return shipping label via email.

After we receive the item and confirm it meets our return requirements, your refund will be processed.

Return Eligibility Requirements

Returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition.

We cannot accept returns on items that:

  • show signs of wear
  • have been damaged
  • have been resized
  • have been altered or modified in any way

Non-Refundable Items

The following purchases are considered final sale and are not eligible for refunds (these products are non-refundable since they are custom made according to the ring size and design requested. However, it can be returned for exchange [fees may apply] or upgrade):

  • Engraved items
  • Financed purchases
  • Layaway orders
  • Eternity bands
  • Custom rings
  • Personalized or made-to-order jewelry
